Project advisor
(This is a reprint of the original post)
This afternoon, a friend of mine executed the defense of his master degree dissertation. It was the first time I was the advisor of a project of this kind. For me, it's been a good experience, because I learned many things, most of them from the non-technical part of the experience. At the present, I'm the advisor of another similar project, and maybe I will repeat in this role in the future.
By the way, the project achieved the highest grades. This was no surprise for me, because its author made an enthusiastic, excellent work, and he managed to keep sane though project development (well, almost sane). From now on, there is another computer engineer on the Earth. Congratulations to the new engineer, and my condolences to the Earth!.
